2026 Winners – Marshals – Medical - Officials – Teks - you have been emailed with a chance to book for Dinner Tickets at the Club's Dinner Dance before they general release....tickets are on general release from 26th October.
We try to ensure that riders achieving podium positions in their Championships are given priority for Family, Friends & Sponsors for Dinner Ticket reservations, after which tickets will be made generally available. There should be enough room for all but please get your application in early, rather than the last minute!

The Bar area is available all evening for guests who opt for the “attendance only” Bar ticket. Guests are welcome to attend the presentations in the main ballroom, although this is on a standing room only basis. Please respect that dinner guests have priority over seating. Please do not enter the Ballroom until dinner is concluded.
Bourne Photography will be offering their services for mementos of the evening.
Dancing will follow the presentations with dance floor in a separate room off the bar/lounge

MENU FOR DINNER
Drinks @ 5.30pm Dinner @ 6.30pm sharp
Starter:
Sweet melon and Parma Ham and fresh berries finished with fruit coulis
Vegetarian/vegan option: Chilled conchigliette pasta with avocado, tomato and pomegranate on a bed of rocket
Main Course:
Beef Two Ways - Steak and ale pie, roast beef with yorkshire pudding with a sweet Guinness sauce
Vegetarian/vegan option: Sweet potato, asparagus and sweet pea risotto topped with roasted tomato
Rich Millionaire’s Cheesecake Shortbread base, mascarpone filling, and a caramel glaze with a spiced strawberry compote
Vegetarian/vegan option: Can be produced as a Vegan option
